Brand Tested is published by Brand Alchemy LLC. This page explains what we collect and why. We don’t sell personal information.
What you give us
When you use a form (newsletter, Quick Score, full score, claim, correction or score alerts) we store what you type: usually your email, a store URL, and any name, role or note you add, plus the page you sent it from and the time. Forms are processed by our host, Netlify. The newsletter opt-in is unticked by default, and we only email you about the thing you asked for unless you opt in.
What our host logs
Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to stop abuse, including rate limits on the free tools. Some settings, like checklist ticks, are saved only in your own browser.
Third parties
Some brand logos load from a logo service (Brandfetch), which can see a normal web request from your browser. Links to brands and partners take you to sites with their own policies.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with the link inside it. To see, fix or delete what we hold about you, email hello@brandtested.com and we will handle it promptly.
