If you believe content on Brand Tested infringes your copyright, email hello@brandtested.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material and its URL; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)). Users whose content was removed may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Trademark and logo requests

Email hello@brandtested.com. We will review whether the use identifies your brand for commentary (which we generally keep) or could suggest an affiliation (which we will fix). We aim to respond within 5 business days. Brands can ask to be removed from any "Brands spotted running" list; we will do so within 5 business days.

Corrections and appeals

See corrections and appeals. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 30 days.
