Klaviyo credits sales to your emails and texts. Moments puts those claims next to the orders Shopify recorded for the same week, matched order by order, with refunds and cancellations taken off, so you can see how much of your revenue Klaviyo takes credit for. An order claimed by more than one tool counts once. It only asks Klaviyo for read access.
